Strawberry Yakult Boba

Boba de Fresa con Yakult

Ingredients

  • Strawberry Popping Boba — 60g
  • Yakult (original) — 2 bottles (200ml total)
  • Strawberry Powder — 15g (dissolved in 30ml warm water)
  • Ice — to fill
  • Fresh strawberry slices — to garnish

Method

  1. Dissolve strawberry powder — Mix 15g Strawberry Powder in 30ml warm water until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Prepare boba — Place Strawberry Popping Boba at the bottom of a clear cup.
  3. Add ice — Fill cup halfway with ice.
  4. Add Yakult — Pour 2 bottles of Yakult over the ice.
  5. Add flavour — Pour the strawberry mixture over the Yakult. Do not stir — let it blend naturally with the straw.
  6. Garnish — Top with 2–3 fresh strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
