Ingredients

  • Passion Fruit Syrup — 40ml
  • Green tea (brewed and chilled) — 200ml
  • Passion Fruit Popping Boba — 60g
  • Ice — to fill
  • Lemon slice — to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Brew and chill — Brew green tea (1 tea bag per 250ml water, steep 3 minutes). Cool completely, or speed-chill over ice.
  2. Layer the boba — Place Passion Fruit Popping Boba at the bottom of a clear cup.
  3. Add ice — Fill cup with ice.
  4. Build — Pour chilled green tea over ice, then add Passion Fruit Syrup. Stir gently.
  5. Garnish — Add a lemon slice on the rim for visual appeal and an aromatic lift.
