Ingredients

  • Brown Sugar Syrup — 40ml
  • Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls (cooked) — 80g
  • Fresh whole milk — 250ml
  • Ice — to fill

Method

  1. Create the tiger stripes — Pour 20ml of Brown Sugar Syrup around the inside walls of a clear cup, rotating slowly to create the signature dripping stripe pattern. Let it settle for 30 seconds.
  2. Add pearls — Place warm Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls at the bottom of the cup.
  3. Add ice — Fill cup with ice cubes.
  4. Pour milk — Slowly pour cold fresh milk over the ice — do not stir. The layered effect is the visual selling point.
  5. Finish — Drizzle remaining 20ml of syrup on top. Serve immediately with a wide straw.

  • Always use a clear plastic or glass cup — the tiger stripe is the product.
